VIRTUAL RUN & WORKOUT
RUN-Choose to run a mile or a 5K while blindfolded, solo on a treadmill or with someone your trust to guide you. Let's make it more interesting by taking selfies with your blindfold on. Then post about your adventure including your photos.
Virtual Workout Challenge:
Why not make your workout more fun by wearing a blindfold, and creating a selfie album at the same time. Choose 5 simple exercises, and complete 10 reps of each. After each set, take a selfie, all while wearing your blindfold.
