One of the Tri-Cities oldest races. Many people have their personal best 5K times here. Run the 5K or the 3 Mile Power Walk. There is also a 1 Mile Run Walk. Bring a bike and enjoy the newly completed asphalt trail between Appalachia and Big Stone Gap.
